The MLOL Reader app is getting an update on April 8th. Available for Android, iOS, Windows, MacOS, and Linux devices and compatible with the Readium LCP protection system, the new app will have a refreshed design, with features to discover right from the homepage:
- simplified lending procedures;
- the option to extend loan terms and early return;
- the ability to create book lists.
Simply update the app, and the access method will remain the same.
And the MLOL website is also getting a makeover!
Starting April 15th, IED MLOL ied.medialibrary.it will have a new interface that will allow users to better enjoy digital content (e-books, audiobooks, films, open resources):
- personalized browsing experience: upon first access, you will be able to specify your reading preferences and activate the recommendation service;
- readers will have access to an overview of their account status and, if desired, personalized recommendations;
- the "search-as-you-type" feature will offer suggestions based on what you type;
- color contrast and typographic optimization, with appropriate text sizes, will ensure better readability of content, thanks also to a more intuitive interface.
